About Us

Our company is the leading provider of interactive member portals for the private club market (Country clubs, city clubs, yacht clubs).   Our software (a SaaS architecture) helps clients engage their guests and members online to build awareness and participation around facility offerings.  These products drive traffic through transactional systems such as statement display, online payment and online reservations of all kinds (Events, tee times, dining, tennis, etc.) with both desktop and mobile devices.

With over 1,000 clients including more than half of the Top 100 private clubs in North America and with established relationships with Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Trump, TPC, KSL Recreation, Marriott and Destination Hotels, we are well positioned to rapidly capture market share and are growing at a rapid pace.

Who You Are

  • Experienced - At least 7 years’ experience in solutions sales, ideally selling interactive web technology or related software
  • Entrepreneurial and Driven - You are excited by the opportunity to own your own territory and you have the ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline over time including creating and sustaining sales momentum in large, complex organizations
  • Posess Executive Presence - You have the ability to establish, cultivate and maintain relationships with leadership level contacts including C-level executives
  • Consultative - You have the capacity to discuss strategic objectives with demanding clients and to sell complex solutions
  • Platform Skills - You have excellent negotiation, presentation, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable with Technology - You have knowledge of Microsoft Office , SalesForce, Google Docs or similar products; Exposure to HTML, ASP .NET or SQL would be a plus
  • Education - BA or BS degree - MBA a plus

What Your Job Will Be

In this sales position, you will be responsible for a defined geographic territory where you will manage the sales process throughout the sales cycle including prospecting, product demonstrations and closing business. This role is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Represent Clubessential and its product suite with prospective and current customers
  • Meet and exceed annual performance goals (a generous commission program is provided)
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, and close
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales potential with the ability to move multiple prospects simultaneously through the sales pipeline
  • Manage and track customer information within Salesforce; logging all sales activity within the established processes; keeping customer account current and accurate
  • Ability to travel for onsite sales presentations and presentations at industry events to build corporate visibility in the market
  • Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success
  • Other related duties as assigned

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and performance.  A significant percentage of the overall compensation will be commission-based.  This is NOT an entry level or junior sales position.
